Refund Policy

By subscribing to First Health, you agree to the following terms regarding membership and refunds:

1. Non-refundable Membership Fees

Once you subscribe to our membership, the membership fee is non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your membership, you will still have access to all membership features until the end of your current billing cycle, but no refund will be issued.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your membership at any time by reaching out to our support team at hello@blucloud.my. After cancellation, you will no longer be billed for the next period, but the membership benefits will continue until the current term expires.

3. Exceptions

In rare cases, where a refund may be considered, please contact our support team at hello@blucloud.my, and we will assess your request on a case-by-case basis.
