Cancellation Policy

1. For Emergency or Non-Emergency Trip Cancellations:

  • Emergency trip: If a member cancels their request within 5 minutes of booking, there will be a cancellation fee.
  • Non-emergency trip: If cancellation occurs after 5 minutes, a fee of the service cost will be charged.

2. Subscription Cancellation:

  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time; however, the remaining balance will not be refunded. Membership services will remain active until the subscription’s end date.
  • Members may contact our customer service team to discuss exceptions in the case of duplicate payments or system errors.

3. Refunds:

  • Any valid refund request will take 7-10 working days to process and will be subject to a payment gateway fee (if applicable).

4. Payment Terms:

  • Payments for membership and service requests must be made in advance through approved payment methods, including bank transfers, credit/debit cards, or digital wallets.
  • Subscriptions are considered confirmed only after the 14-day qualifying period and successful payment from the member’s account.
